How to Play WebEx Recordings

WebEx has recently updated their interface – along with it their recording format and player.​ So you will have to reinstall the player, even if you had installed it previously.

WebEx recordings are all in WebEx's proprietary Advanced Recording Format (ARF).  In order to play a recording, you will need to first download and install the player
​ appropriate for your computer. 


 Windows

​Download this file to install the player:  nbr2player 170503 32.0.0.29.zip

Once it has downloaded, double-click on the file to run the installer. Click “yes” (or “allow” or “run”) to any prompts you are given. 

 Mac

​​Download this file to install the player:  webexnbrplayer_intel 170503.dmg

Once it has downloaded, double-click on the file to run the installer. Click “yes” (or “allow” or “run”) to any prompts you are given. 

​​Once you have installed the player, it will open automatically whenever you click on a WebEx recording (ARF file).​ ​
