Multiple Emails Accounts on One ComputerA. Summary:More than one user can use Microsoft Outlook on the same PC and have an email account separate from other users of that PC. One does this by creating an additional Outlook profile on the PC. Microsoft Outlook profiles can be created on any computer that has Microsoft Office installed and is attached to the AFSC network. B. Key Points:· Set up an Outlook profile in order to open an additional Outlook mailbox on the same PC · You must already have an account on the AFSC mail server in order to set up an Outlook profile · The Junk E-mail filter will work only for the primary mail profile · The easiest way to access your mailbox from more than one computer is not by opening an additional Outlook mailbox but through the Internet using Outlook Web Access ·
For corrections, updates, or clarifications on
this Star Point, please email plor@afsc.org C. Details:An AFSC
employee may be visiting another office and want to access their email account.
One way to do this is to use Outlook Web Access over the Internet. But if the
user will need to use someone else's PC for a period of time, they may want
to use the full version of Outlook. In this case a separate Outlook profile
